Accessibility Statement

BOBO MARKET, operating under the brand name GoalGeine, operates this system (hereinafter: the "Company") and invests significant effort and resources to provide equal service to customers with disabilities. To enable customers with disabilities to browse comfortably and easily, accessibility adjustments have been made to the system in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013. The system is in an ongoing process of implementing Level AA (2) accessibility requirements, in accordance with the guidelines of Israeli Accessibility Standard 5568, which refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG) of the international standards body, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The following accessibility measures are implemented in the system:

  • Images that function as links have alternative text describing the purpose of the link.
  • In the high-contrast versions, flashing banners and images that interfere with concentration have been removed.
  • Semantic code is used, along with a single consistent H1 heading on every page. The system's specifications are laid out in an organized manner using dl tags and structured tabular information. The page is divided into regions so that relevant information can be reached easily using the keyboard's Tab key.
  • Content and presentation are fully separated through the use of a separate CSS file.
  • All colors have been adjusted to reduce visual stimuli as much as possible, and certain flashing elements and banners are disabled in these versions to keep the information as comfortable as possible to view. The system supports keyboard navigation using the Tab key and the arrow keys, and pressing Enter activates the various links. Due to the size of the system, some areas may be difficult to reach using the keyboard alone, so alternatives such as an alternative menu have been provided. In addition, the system has an embedded accessibility widget that helps make it accessible to people with disabilities (the keyboard arrow keys can be used to navigate between the widget's accessibility buttons).

Clarification

For the best experience with screen-reading software, we recommend using NVDA. That said, some pages in the system may not yet have a suitable technological solution for full accessibility. If you come across a page that is not accessible, please contact our accessibility coordinator and we will address the matter as best and as quickly as we can. We remain committed to continually improving the system's accessibility, out of a genuine belief and moral commitment to making the system usable by the entire population, including people with disabilities.
